We will also respect any budget you have, and make sure everything done for your bike was carried out with quality of work and care always coming first. In a nutshell, we treat every bike like our own.
We Come to You
If you can't get your bike to us or pick it up yourself, we can provide transport to and from our workshop with our optional Pick Up and Delivery Service, which you can book online with your service.
We Love Recycling
We hate waste and want our business to be environmentally friendly. Essentially, we want to make sure the world stays beautiful, blue and green, so we have teamed up with Velorim, Schwalbe, and The Sussex Partnership to help us responsibly recycle our waste, including metal, plastic, paper, card, and rubber products like tyres and tubes.
We Save and Refurbish Old Bikes & Parts
Nobody wants something still usable or fixable to go to waste. To reduce waste disposal costs and ultimately landfill, we have teamed up with Cox Skips to save as many salvageable bikes as possible. We give some of these to local charity Refugees Welcome and also sell them at fair prices for those on a budget. We also offer trade-in and commission services for used bikes. Every traded-in and salvaged bike we take in is carefully refurbished to a safe and usable standard, ready for the next cyclist to enjoy!
Instant Bicycle Accident Repair & Replacement
We are partnered with CAMS, who help victims of 'No fault' cycling accidents get a bicycle replacement or repair upfront, while CAMS takes care of things for you with the insurance company. Claims can be started online in just 30 seconds.
